My condolences, as feelings of pain and bitterness become unbearable. It is my desire to convey a comforting thought based on the Holy Scriptures

          

  John 5:28 "Do not marvel at this, because the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out."

 

 

This passage speaks of the resurrection of our loved ones. It is not God's plan to see us suffer and die, so He extends the following invitation to us: "Come near to God and He will draw near to you" (James 4:8)

Sorry to hear about Carol's passing.  I just wanted to express my sympathy to you and your family.  The loss of a wife and friend is very difficult but I pray that God will surround you with encouragement from friends and love ones during the difficult time.

I am sorry to hear of Carol's passing. She was one of my friends in high school, and I remember her as having a fun and wonderful personality.

For reasons we can never fathom, God calls people we love home.  1 Thessalonians 4: 13-14...."But we do not want you to be uninformed, brothers, about those who are asleep, that you may not grieve as others do who have no hope. For since we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so, through Jesus, God will bring with Him those who have fallen asleep."  Find comfort in knowing that Jesus will be taking her home when He returns.  I remember Carol always being so sweet to me, my dad, and my brothers.  And my father always talked so highly of her and their wonderful birthdays together.  I truly believed that he considered her his sister.  He was always smiling when he talked of her.  Know that you, Molly, and everyone in our family is in my prayers.  I love you....Krissy

ps...remember that even Jesus wept when Lazarus died.  He wept.  Even though He was going to raise him to live in a few more minutes, He wept to show us that He hurts when we hurt.  Peace be with you...

Knew Carol when she was a teenage daughter next door. Remember how she and Tom kept their windows steamed while being parked, maybe smooching, out front! Then they got married and the family moved away. May our Lord's blessings be with the family.

Carol was a very beautiful lady with a beautiful heart.  I always enjoyed working with Carol and Vicki at OSF Lifeline.  I can still hear their laughter and the joy each day brought.  May God give you His perfect peace and love and He carries you through this difficult time.

I worked with Carol in the LD building at Caterpillar and was sorry to read of her passing.  I shall always treasure the way she made me smile and laugh all the time.  She was a very warm, inviting person and had the gift of hospitality.  Nobody was ever a stranger.

Sorry to hear about Carol. She was one of the nicest people I have met. Last time I spoke to Carol she talked about her granddaughter she was so proud of. Atleast she is no longer suffering and is rejoicing in heaven with Alice and Sandy. May God give you comfort and peace.
